Color Challenge at TPE

This week at The Pink Elephant we are doing a new scrap challenge.  Its a color challenge and the colors are Brown and Orange.  Here is my layout:

I used papers and chipboard shapes from Cosmo cricket nutmeg.  Love the papers in this line!! If you'd like to play along with us this week check it out HERE. 

Too early for a Christmas card?

I guess it is a ways off, but it always sneaks up on me! (=  When I saw the cute paper I had to have it, when I had the paper I had to make the card,  when I made the card...  O.K I'm starting to sound like the book I read to my daughter!! LOL!  I usually don't make my own Christmas cards for Christmas.  It's just too much work and time consuming for me.  I usually make a few, but thats about it!  Do you make your own Christmas cards?? 

Chalkboard fun!

I bought a can of chalkboard paint awhile back and I've been having so much fun with it! It can get kind of addicting!! Everything you look at you say " that would be cool with chalkboard paint" LOL! Anyway, here are a few things I have done:

Outdoor School

My son went to outdoor school this last week.  They just got back on Friday and had a GREAT time!!  Here are a few pictures that he took!
