July Photo Mosaic

It's been hard keeping up with a photo a day.  I'm pretty good at taking pictures, but getting them uploaded and edited has been tough.  This month I'm posting my monthly photo mosaic.  This I can keep up with! (=  It's also perfect to turn these into a calander at the end of the year!

Unity - Mixed Media

It's been a busy week around here.  This is the first post I've done all week! )=  You'd think summers would be a little more relaxing! (=  This week the girls have been doing VBS.  Along with playdates,  doctors appts, haircuts, keeping up with sign orders etc. I definitly don't have as much time for the blog.  I did get a chance to make this fun mixed media project with some Unity stamps.

Here is an approx. 6x6" wood block that I painted using the sets "Every breath" and "Insightful Meadows" from Unity Stamp Co.

Great Wolf Lodge

Having a fun and busy summer.  We spent 3 days at Great Wolf Lodge.  We had a GREAT time.  Here are a few pictures...

Purple Onion Designs

Here is a clean and simple design using stamps from Purple Onion Designs.  You can't tell from the picture, but the flower is popped up using adhesive foam circles.  I also paper pieced the flower using paper from My Minds Eye. 

Chevron picture/note holder

Here is the newest item I put in my Etsy store.  Chevron stripes are so big right now!  You can use it to hang your favorite pictures or post notes, recipes etc...

Here is a recent purchase I made on Etsy.  This fun chevron bag!  Cute huh. (=

Here is a card I made using "Hello Sunshine" from Papertrey Ink.  Such a fun set to play with! (=

Camera Canvas

Here is a canvas I made using my Tim Holtz camera die and stamps from Technique Tuesday...

The background was painted, inked and sprayed.  Stencils were also used to create the background.
